Smalahovetunet Voss produces the traditional westcoast speciality "smalehove" (sheep's head). By prior arrangement, groups can enjoy meals of various Norwegian specialities of mutton like "smalahove" or "pinnakjøt" served in a storehouse on pillars ("stabbur") dating from the 1600s. You may also choose other dishes. Before the meal the guests are welcomed with the traditional presenting of beer. The group can join a guided tour of the premises. The restaurant is fully licenced.
